ED44 - Web Managed Power Supply
The ED44 is a new innovation for the security and surveillance industry.
This power supply unit has lithium battery backed remote management
capabilities that allow monitoring information to be obtained, even during power failure.
This allows system faults to be found and rectified quickly, reducing critical system
downtime.
This project was developed as "electronics only" for the client, who
chose to design the enclosure themselves.
Analog Interface Board
Our client developed an Analog Interface Board for an embedded system, used for educational purposes as a development platform. Initially
designed to be built by hand in small quantities, they now
required significantly more for wider deployment.
TwoCube was able to assist, managing the project and delivering ahead of
schedule. This involved taking the original design, applying some
design-for-manufacture modifications and panelising the board. We then
managed the PCB manufacture, part procurement and board assembly - all
transparent to the client.
The result? Board design in - quantity manufacture out.
